Alina has been dancing since the age of six. Back home in the Russian city of Saratov, she has been expertly trained in International Latin and Standard style. She took part in many dance competitions around Russia and began her teaching career with her old school.She then trained at the Sergei Nezhenkov School of Dance, in popular dance styles before moving to the US to join the Fred Astaire Team here in Norwood. She also studied linguistics at Saratov State university. Coming to the US and joining FADs in 2006 involved her in an exciting world of American style dances. She can be seen all over New England performing and competing representing the Norwood Studio.
